Ski and Snowboard at Mont Ste-Marie and Get Paid for It!

Mont Ste-Marie is looking for enthusiastic, friendly and highly motivated instructors to join our team. Come and share your passion for skiing and snowboarding with our guests. We offer a positive work environment, incentives and training that are second to none, plus a guaranteed winter of great times working and playing on the highest vertical in the Outaouais!

Instructors are employed to teach guests to ski according to the standards of the Canadian Ski Instructors’ Alliance (CSIA) and snowboarding according to the standards of the Canadian Association of Snowboard Instructors (CASI) in a safe and fun environment.

Instructors are expected to be available to work a minimum of one day on weekends and some holidays, these being our busiest periods. Instructors are responsible for providing a great learning experience to our guests, a large proportion of whom are children.

Instructors must be certified and in good standing with the CSIA and/or CASI, minimum Level 1. Not certified? No problem! We conduct Level 1 CSIA and CASI courses early in the season so that you can start teaching at the beginning of the season.
