OVERVIEW This website is operated by Mont Ste-Marie. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Mont Ste-Marie. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), including any additional policies referenced herein.

By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not use the website or its services.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform allowing us to sell our products and services.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

  • You must be the age of majority in your province/state of residence to use this site.

  • Purchases must comply with all applicable laws, including those of Quebec.

  • Fraudulent use of a season pass or lift ticket, including resale, will result in revocation without refund.

2. PRODUCT AND SERVICE TERMS

Lift Tickets

  • Lift tickets are purchased for a specific date and are non-refundable if not used on that date, unless the resort is closed on that date.

  • Lift tickets do not have a designated name. It is your responsibility to keep your order confirmation secure, as it will be required to confirm purchase and redeem your ticket at customer service.

  • Lift tickets cannot be transferred to another date or individual once redeemed.

  • All lift ticket holders must adhere to the Quebec Alpine Skier / Snowboarding Code of Conduct and Mont Ste-Marie's resort rules.

  • All participants in snow sports assume the inherent risks associated with skiing and snowboarding, including but not limited to: changing weather conditions, terrain variations, and collisions.

Season Passes

  • Season passes are non-transferable and assigned to a specific individual at the time of purchase.

  • Passholders must adhere to the Quebec Alpine Skier / Snowboarding Code of Conduct and Mont Ste-Marie's resort rules.

  • All participants in snow sports assume the inherent risks associated with skiing and snowboarding, including but not limited to: changing weather conditions, terrain variations, and collisions.

Season Pass Cancellation & Credit Policy

  • Until December 15, 2024, unused season passes may be credited towards the 2025-26 season without justification.

  • If the resort is forced to close mid-season, a pro-rata credit based on a 100-day season may apply.

  • Medical cancellations require a doctor’s certificate and may be eligible for a 50% credit before January 15, 2025.

  • Relocation cancellations require proof of residence change (200km+ away).

  • All credit requests must be emailed to info@montstemarie.com.

3. PAYMENT AND TAXES

  • All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable Quebec sales tax (14.975%).

  • Taxes are applied based on the location of the service (Mont Ste-Marie in Quebec), not the customer's billing address.

4. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE AND PRICING

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice.

  • We are not responsible for any modifications, price changes, or suspensions of service.

5. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

  • We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them.

  • Any reliance on site content is at your own risk.

6. REFUNDS AND CREDITS

  • Refunds are not provided except in cases explicitly stated in our cancellation policy.

  • For any approved credits, processing times may vary, and credits are subject to Mont Ste-Marie's discretion.

7. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

  • Mont Ste-Marie is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of its facilities or services.

  • Use of the website and services is at your own risk.

8. GOVERNING LAW

  • These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada.

  • Any legal proceedings must be filed in the judicial district of Mont Ste-Marie.
